Quote & Consultation
We review your character design and provide a detailed price breakdown based on complexity and materials. This stage locks in your slot and sets the foundation for our partnership.
Digital Blueprint
Our artists create a 3-view digital pattern based on your reference sheet. We finalize color matches with real-world fur samples to ensure the perfect tactile experience.
Artisanal Sculpting
The soul of the suit is born here. We hand-carve the foam base or 3D print the structural elements. You'll receive detailed WIP progress pictures for approval before we move to the next phase.
Master Furring
The “skinning” phase where we meticulously cut, sew, and shave the faux fur. You'll get progress pictures of markings and seam blending for your final approval before completion.
Premium Quality Check
Every suit undergoes a rigorous 50-point inspection. We check vision, ventilation, seam strength, and movement fluidity to ensure a safe and comfortable performance experience.
Delivery & Care Guide
The grand reveal! Your suit is packed with luxury protection and shipped via insured courier. We include a custom care kit and a detailed guide on maintaining your artisan investment.
