Questions before you commit
How long does a commission take?
Most full suits take 3–6 months depending on complexity and our current queue. You get a clear timeline and your queue position before you pay a deposit.
How do payments work?
A 40% deposit reserves your production slot. The rest can be split into scheduled payments across your build, all handled securely through Stripe.
What do you need from me to start?
Your character reference art (or a description we can help develop), plus a few measurements. We guide you through everything in your design consultation.
What if something needs adjusting after delivery?
We include aftercare guidance and offer lifetime repair support. Fit tweaks and repairs are always available — we want your suit to last for years.
