- Physical Measurements: Duct Tape Dummies (DTD) and specific measurements required for anatomical tailoring.
- Artistic Assets: Character reference sheets, color palettes, and lore descriptions.

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your commission journey and improve our artisan services:
- Processing and fulfilling fursuit commissions.
- Providing shipping updates and craftsmanship progress reports.
- Authenticating character ownership during the design process.

Client Privacy & Ref Sheet Protection
We treat character designs as intellectual property and personal identity markers. Our protection protocols include:
- No Reuse: We never reuse custom patterns or unique design elements for other clients.
- Asset Deletion: High-res reference sheets are archived for 12 months for repair reference and then securely deleted.
- Measurement Confidentiality: Your physical measurements and DTDs are never shared and are stored securely.
